Thai zwei drei restaurant

 Chef Oui Nilakul was born and raised on her family's rice farmer in a small village in Nongkhai province in Northeast Thailand. 

She started her career as a tour co-operator manager in the beginning of her twentieth for 3 years, then in 2004 took off to Koh Tao, Thailand for her adventurous life where she became a PADI scuba diving instructor. 

In 2005, she moved to Italy and began a career in the food industry, working in the restaurant positions, traveled, made changes in life with the courage and determination. 

Living far away from Thailand made her miss Thai food, especially her favorite childhood meals. When she lived in her home country, every meal was home cooked with organic ingredients that were hand-picked from around her home. She learned how to cook the best Thai foods without having to attend any classes. This lead her to pursue her dream of owning her own restaurant someday!

She also does private cooking classes on request. Her teaching skills as a scuba diving instructor help make the cooking class more fun and ensures everyone has a good time with delicious food.

In 2019 she moved to Bozeman, Montana U.S.A. and continued working in hotel restaurants. After everything that happened during the pandemic, Chef Oui realized it was time for a change. She decided to move back to South Tyrol, Italy in 2023 for several reasons. First, it allows her to visit her family in Thailand more often, Second, she considers it her second home. Third, she is surrounded by her friends and her loyal Thai food customers. 

After almost 20 years of experience, she is now ready to open the kitchen for everyone to try and enjoy her delicious food.
